Recombinant Human Anti-NY-ESO-1 Soluble TCR (C-Cys) (VS-0622-YF2735) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2735)
Human TCR recognizes NY-ESO-1 peptide (SLLMWITQV) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
