Recombinant Human Anti-PC Soluble TCR (PG10) (C-Cys)

Human TCR (PG10) recognizes PC peptide (1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-glycero-3-phosphocholine) in the context of human CD1b. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
