Recombinant Human Anti-TTLL12 Soluble TCR (AB9) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2495)
Human TCR (AB9) recognizes TTLL12 peptide (KLPLDINPV) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (AB9). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
