Human IgA1-digesting Enzyme (Yielding Fab and Fc) (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ7)
Human IgA1-digesting enzyme is an IgA1-specific protease that digests human IgA1 molecules within 2 hours. It digests human IgA1 (including SIgA1) yielding Fab and Fc fragments. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 1 hour (pH 6.5-8) without reducing conditions. This protease was cloned from S. oralis and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
