Human IgG1-digesting Enzyme A (Yielding Fab and Fc)

This product is a cysteine protease that digests human-IgG1 molecules at the site above the hinge, yielding Fab and Fc fragments. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 16-18 hours (pH 6-8) without reducing conditions. Human IgG1-degrading enzyme A was cloned from S. agalactiae and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
