Human IgG1-digesting Enzyme C (Yielding Fab and Fc) (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ5)
This product is a lysine-specific protease that digests human-IgG1 molecules including LALA mutation within 2 hours. It digests human IgG1 with mutated hinge regions, yielding Fab and Fc fragments. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 2 hours (pH 7-8.5) without reducing conditions. Human IgG1-degrading enzyme C was cloned from B. Bacteriovorus and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
