IgG-digesting Enzyme (Yielding Fab and Fc) (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ6)

The IgG-degrading enzyme is a cysteine protease that digests in the upper-hinge region of IgG molecules within 1 hour. It has efficient digestion of mouse IgG1. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 1 hour with reducing conditions. This IgG-degrading enzyme was cloned from S. pyogenes and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
