Recombinant Mouse Anti-ChgA Soluble TCR (BDC-10.1) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF860)
Mouse TCR (BDC-10.1) recognizes ChgA peptide (WSRMDQLAKELTAE) in the context of HLA-DQ8. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (BDC-10.1). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
