Recombinant Mouse Anti-ChgA Soluble TCR (BDC-2.5) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3570)
Mouse TCR (BDC-2.5) recognizes ChgA peptide (WSRMDQLAKELTAE) in the context of HLA-DQ8. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
