Mouse TCR (A31D5-B31G1) recognizes MAGEA11 peptide (KVAELVHFL) in the context of HLA-A*0201. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (A31D5-B31G1). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
