O-glycopeptides Binding Enzyme Kit (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ23)
This product is a kit that contains several components. It binds desialylated mucin-type O-glycosylated proteins and peptides, which can be used for enrichment or removal of O-glycoproteins. It is recommended to incubate the samples after desialylation (using Deglycosylation enzyme D) for 30 minutes to 2 hours and elute the captured O-glycoproteins through 8M urea or Deglycosylation enzyme B. The protease was cloned from A. muciniphila and produced in E. coli with His-tag.
