Recombinant Anti-HCRTR1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC544) (CAT#: VS-0425-YC544)
The Recombinant Anti-HCRTR1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC544) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to HCRTR1-expressed cells or tissues. HCRTR1 is a receptor involved in feeding behavior regulation by binding orexin A. HCRTR1 is related to another receptor, HCRTR2, which binds both orexin A and B.

- G-protein coupled receptor, Receptor, Transducer
- Introduction
- The protein encoded by this gene is a G-protein coupled receptor involved in the regulation of feeding behavior. The encoded protein selectively binds the hypothalamic neuropeptide orexin A. A related gene (HCRTR2) encodes a G-protein coupled receptor that binds orexin A and orexin B.
