Recombinant Human Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S1 Antibody (clone J08)

This antibody binds S-protein of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The J08 is able to potently neutralize most variants of concern (VoCs) and independent of known escape mutations. It binds high on the receptor binding domain (RBD) ridge and has low nanomolar affinity against most VoCs, which was evaluated using cell-based assays.
