This personalized streptavidin-antibody conjugation kit is designed to optimize the binding of any IgG antibody to streptavidin with high efficiency and purity. The kit includes all necessary components for the conversion of antibodies to thiol-antibodies and their subsequent conjugation with activated streptavidin. Utilizing heterobifunctional crosslinkers in a two-step process allows for better control over the conjugation process, limiting self-coupling and polymerization issues commonly encountered with other methods. The resulting streptavidin-antibody conjugates typically exhibit greater than 90% purity, with 2-4 streptavidin molecules per antibody. With this kit, customers can achieve highly specific and reliable conjugation for research needs.
