Background
Secretory protein c1 is a major allergen capable of inducing ige-mediated type I allergic reactions in most patients with equine allergies. Relevant studies have shown that the epitope carries out unit point mutation and combination mutation to co-express one recombinant rewrite c1 protein and seven mutant versions of rewrite c1 protein. After modification, 50, 120, 153, three nine peptide with MHC antigenicity highest Ⅱ class molecular binding force is reduced to below 0.42, reached the expected effect. The simulation results of tertiary structure showed that there was no significant change in protein tertiary structure before and after site mutation.
