NK cell activation on the surface of target cells of killer cells is closely related to the receptor and the ligand, HLA class Ⅰ molecules on the surface of the target cells and MHC classⅠ chain related gene product (MICA M/the ICB) is the main molecular influences the activity of NK cell killing. MICA /MICB binding to receptor NKG2D activates NK cells to kill tumor cells expressing MICA M/ ICB molecules. Studies have shown that tumor cells MHC Ⅰ molecular loss or variation make specific MHC restriction of cytotoxic T cells can't work. At this point, the identification of MHC Ⅰ class molecules of NKG2D in mediated NK cell identification and dissolving tumor cells play a key role in immune response.
