The Thymus-derived Treg Cell Makers Antibody Panel is a set of 4 antibodies against mouse thymus-derived Treg cell makers (Foxp3, Sell, Nrp1, Ikzf2). This antibody panel is designed to distinguish naturally occurring Tregs (tTregs). It allows researchers to differentiate thymic-derived regulatory cells from those induced in the periphery.

- Also known as natural Tregs (nTregs), these cells develop as Foxp3⁺ cells directly in the thymus upon high-affinity recognition of self-antigens. They are the primary enforcers of central tolerance against self-reactive clones in the periphery.

- Store at 4°C for up to a week. For long-term storage, store at -20°C or below.
