TQ-Dyed quench buffer
XFD750 dye
- Procedure Steps
- This assay kit is used to label iFluor dye to proteins. The operation process includes preparing the protein working solution, running the conjugation reaction, and stopping the reaction. First, prepare the protein working solution, then mix it with the labeling dye and react at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. Finally, stop the reaction by adding TQ-Dyed quench buffer, mix and incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes. The whole process is simple and easy to perform. Experimenters need to adjust the protein concentration and other conditions to ensure the optimal labeling efficiency.

- Product Precautions
- This product is intended for research purposes only and is not intended for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
- Kit Storage
- Store kit at -20°C immediately upon receipt.
- Conjugate Storage
- The protein conjugate should be stored at a concentration of> 0.5 mg/mL with the addition of a carrier protein, such as 0.1% bovine serum albumin. For extended storage, the protein conjugates may be freeze-dried or divided into single-use aliquots and stored at temperatures of ≤ -20°C.
- Sample Type
- Antibody sample
- Reactive Species
- The reactive species of the kit depends on the research application of the antibody.
- Fluorescent Dye Introduction
- XFD750 is a fluorescent dye with a peak emission wavelength at 750 nm. It is often used in multicolor labeling experiments where multiple fluorophores are needed to distinguish between different targets or structures within a sample. XFD750 is known for its high photostability and minimal spectral overlap with other fluorophores, making it a popular choice in various imaging applications.
