The Adhiron that bound SUM02 was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Adhiron variants were identified having affinities (KD=0.25–1 mM) for SUM02 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
