Specific Reaction with ABCA10
This recombinant mouse antibody is a great tool for studying the ABCA10 protein. We used it for Western Blotting and observed a specific reaction with the human target. The immunogen design, covering amino acids 1 to 81, seems to be very effective for recognizing the protein in our assays.
High Purity Mouse Antibody
I am very satisfied with the quality of this antibody, clone CBLS-005. The documentation states it has greater than 95 percent purity, and my SDS-PAGE analysis confirmed this. As a Mouse IgG2b antibody, it was compatible with our standard secondary reagents. Storage at -20 degrees has kept it stable.
