The anti-ASGPR antibody DOM26h targets asialoglycoprotein receptor. The asialoglycoprotein receptor is capable of mediating the endocytosis and degradation of a wide variety of desialylated glycoproteins. By binding to hepatocytes, the antibody can be used in the treatment of liver diseases.
