Specific for B. pseudomallei
This chimeric antibody (clone 7F7) is highly specific for Burkholderia pseudomallei. We used it in an ELISA to detect surface antigens, and it showed no cross-reactivity with other bacteria we tested. It is a critical reagent for our melioidosis research.
Reliable Western Blot
We used this antibody to analyze bacterial lysates via Western Blot. It clearly identified the major outer surface antigens of B. pseudomallei. The quality of the antibody is excellent, and it has been a dependable tool for our infection studies.
