Recombinant monoclonal antibody to BMPR1B. 11F2 is a type IgG antibody that can be potentially used for the treatment of bone diseases and cancers mediated by BMP expression/activity and/or associated with abnormal expression/activity of a receptor.

C2C12 cells were incubated with recombinant human BMP2 and varying concentrations of five different neutralizing anti-BMP2/4 monoclonal antibodies or IgGl control mAb. Cells were fixed, lysed, and assayed for alkaline phosphatase activity.
