Mouse Anti-Bicyclooctene Recombinant Antibody (clone 39-A11) (CAT#: PABW-014)
Recombinant Mouse Antibody (39-A11) is capable of binding to Bicyclooctene hapten. The antibody catalyzes this pericyclic reaction through a combination of packing and hydrogen-bonding interactions that control the relative geometries of the bound substrates and electronic distribution in the dienophile.

Electrostatic potential surfaces were constructed using residues within 16 Å of the hapten. Blue and red are positive and negative potentials, respectively.
