Recombinant Mouse Antibody (15A10) is capable of binding to Cocaine, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). 15A10 hydrolyzes the benzoyl ester of cocaine to yield the nonpsychoactive metabolite ecgonine methylester with a kcat of 2. 3 min^-1, KM of 220 µM, and kcatkuncat^-1=2. 3 × 10^4.
