Recombinant Humanized Anti-HBV preS1 Antibody (HzKR127) (CAT#: PABC-054)
Recombinant Humanized Antibody (HzKR127) is capable of binding to HBV preS1, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HBV preS1 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HBV preS1 mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. The humanized monoclonal antibody HzKR127 recognizes the preS1 domain of the human hepatitis B virus surface proteins with a broadly neutralizing activity in vivo.
