Recombinant Rabbit anti-HOXA9 monoclonal antibody for WB, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior Western Blot Results
The recombinant rabbit monoclonal format of clone DS1658AB delivered exceptionally clean bands in our Western Blot experiments. We were able to clearly identify HOXA9 expression levels in our cell lysates, and the lot-to-lot consistency of the Hi-Affi antibodies is very reassuring for long-term projects.

Great For Flow Cytometry
We utilized this antibody for Flow Cytometry analysis of hematopoietic cells. The specificity for the C-terminal peptide of HOXA9 was evident, as we observed distinct population shifts corresponding to transcription factor expression. The recombinant production really seems to enhance sensitivity.
