Effective Neutralization Tool
We used this mouse monoclonal antibody in neutralization assays to study IL10RB function. It effectively blocked the receptor activity, allowing us to investigate the signal transduction pathways involving the IL10RA and IL10RB complex in our cell culture system.
Clean Western Blot Bands
The antibody clone NN0470-9S35 worked well for Western Blotting. We detected the IL10RB protein in our lysates with good specificity. The fact that it is a recombinant antibody expressed in CHO cells gives us confidence in its quality and reproducibility.
