Effective Blocking Of IL9R
We were studying the signaling pathways mediated by interleukin 9 and needed an antibody to block the receptor. This mouse monoclonal antibody, clone AH9R7, successfully neutralized the bioactivity of IL-9 R in our functional assays. The results were significant and reproducible, allowing us to confirm the role of the receptor in our specific cellular models.
Excellent For Flow Cytometry
We used this antibody for Flow Cytometry to analyze the expression of CD129 on the surface of our transfected cells. The staining was bright and specific, allowing for easy differentiation of positive populations. The high affinity of this recombinant antibody ensured that we could use it at efficient concentrations for our large-scale screens.
