Recombinant Rabbit anti-MEIS1 monoclonal antibody for WB, IP, FC, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior Western Blot Performance
This Hi-Affi™ recombinant rabbit antibody (DS2208AB) is excellent for Western Blot. It produced a clean and specific band for MEIS1. The recombinant production ensures that we don't have to worry about the cell-line drift associated with traditional hybridomas.
Effective In Immunoprecipitation
We used this antibody for Immunoprecipitation assays targeting the MEIS1 homeobox protein. It pulled down the protein efficiently, allowing for downstream analysis. The high affinity and specificity make it a superior choice for our developmental biology research.
