Anti-MFAP4 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibody that binds MFAP4 expressed on the surface of a subset of regulatory cells and anti-cancer cells. The activated regulatory cells can be used to treat or prevent the progression of many types of immune-related diseases, such as graft rejection, graft-versus-host disease, autoimmune disease, allergic diseases and infectious disease. The activated anti-cancer cells can be used to treat or prevent the progression of cancer.
