Recombinant Rat Antibody (NZ-1) is capable of binding to PA tag. The PA tag is a dodecapeptide (GVAMPGAEDDVV) that is recognized by this high-affinity antibody.

Membranes were incubated with varying concentrations of NZ-1 for 30 min. All steps after the NZ-1 incubation, including secondary antibody reaction and chemiluminescence visualization, were conducted under the exactly same condition for all membranes.

Reliable and Specific for PA Tag Detection in Western Blot
We've been using the Rat Anti-PA Tag Recombinant Antibody (clone NZ-1) (CAT#: PABL-673) from Creative Biolabs in our Western blot experiments, and it has delivered excellent results. The antibody shows great specificity for the PA tag with minimal background noise. It provides clear, strong bands even at low expression levels, making it perfect for our recombinant protein studies. We've also noticed good reproducibility between different lots, which has been essential for consistent data. This antibody has become a staple in our lab, and I highly recommend it for anyone working with PA-tagged proteins.
