Recombinant Rabbit anti-PARD6A monoclonal antibody for IP, WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Great For IP And WB
The Hi-Affi recombinant rabbit antibody (DS2591AB) gave us superior results in both Immunoprecipitation and Western Blotting. We were studying PARD6A in cell polarization, and the specificity was much better than traditional antibodies we have used before.
High Specificity And Scale
I appreciate that this antibody is generated using phage display libraries. It ensures we get a highly specific product without the lot-to-lot variation of ascites. It detected PARD6A clearly in our human cell lysates.
