Theenzyme reaction was terminated before the baseline reactivity of gH:gL and anti-h-γ-IgG became too high to visualize adose–response curve. Mixtures of 500 ng/ml gH:gL and TI-57 at various concentrations from 0n0002% (0n001 ng/ml) to66n7% (1000 ng/ml) were reacted with anti-h-γ-IgG and the mean A values (n l 3) and SD (error bars too small to visualize)are shown.
