Anti-Zinc transporter LIV-1 (hLIV22)-vc-MMAE ADC (SGN-LIV1A ) (CAT#: ADC-L040)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-zinc transporter LIV-1 antibody (clone hLIV22) conjuagated via a vc linker to MMAE (hLIV22-vcMMAE). It has demonstrated a response in LIV-1–expressing cancer treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of Depolymerize Microtubules.

- Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.
