SmartAb™ Recombinant Anti-SLC39A6 pH-dependent Antibody (Clone CBS1032)

The anti-SLC39A6 pH-dependent antibody (clone CBS1032) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human SLC39A6. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to SLC39A6. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of SLC39A6 on cells and tissues. Human SLC39A6 (Solute Carrier Family 39 Member 6) is a zinc transporter involved in cellular zinc homeostasis and cell proliferation. Its overexpression is associated with tumor progression and metastasis in various cancers.
