Potent HSV Neutralization
This Recombinant Mouse Antibody against gB glycoprotein is a potent neutralizer. We used it to inhibit HSV-1 infection in cell culture. It targets the envelope glycoprotein B effectively. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied preservative-free for functional assays.
Specific Viral Detection
We also used this antibody for functional studies to study viral fusion. It binds specifically to HSV-1 gB. Being a recombinant IgG2a antibody, it is very stable and consistent. It is an indispensable tool for our herpesvirus entry research.
