Anti-gelatinase Intrabody [+36GFP] (IAB-B049(G))
Recombinant anti-gelatinase intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind gelatinase, expressed in E. coli cells.
Specifications
- Immunogen
- gelatinase
- Host
- llama
- Type
- vhh-(+36GFP)
- Cell Penetrating Peptide
- +36 GFP
GFP with a theoretical net charge of +36 (+36 GFP) penetrated several different mammalian cell lines at very low (nanomolar) concentrations. Cationic peptides and proteins have been observed to penetrate cells, and both natural and synthetic cell-penetrating peptides are widely used as delivery vehicles. However, whereas a covalent link between the cell-penetrating peptide and its cargo is typically required.
- Applications
- Antibody assay: Fluorescence-activated cell sorting; Immunocytochemistry; Functional studies
