BV421-A*02:01/Human PR-1 (VLQELNVTV) MHC Tetramer

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of PR-1-derived peptide of VLQELNVTV sequence covering 169-177 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- PR1 is a human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A2 restricted peptide that has been targeted successfully in myeloid leukemia with immunotherapy. PR1 is derived from the neutrophil granule proteases proteinase 3 (P3) and neutrophil elastase (NE), which are both found in the tumor microenvironment.
