A*02:01/Human PR-1 (VLQELNVTV) MHC Monomer

This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed PR-1-derived peptide of VLQELNVTV sequence covering 169-177 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
