BV421-HLA-A2/Human LSP1 (RQASIELPSMAV) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1903)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of LSP1-derived peptide of RQASIELPSMAV covering 249-260 and HLA-A2 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes an intracellular F-actin binding protein. The protein is expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and endothelium and may regulate neutrophil motility, adhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelial migration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
