Recombinant Anti-CD15 × Anti-FcγRI Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L029)
Recombinant Anti-CD15 × Anti-FcγRI Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD15 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRI. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of neutrophils to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of promyelocytic leukemia.
