Recombinant Anti-CD19 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (CrossMab)

CAT#: CROSS-L024

Recombinant Anti-CD19 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (CrossMab) has been generated by applying the Crossmab format to generate an IgG shaped entity that binds each ligand with one arm. This BsAb is capable of targeting the tumor and recruiting T effector cells via binding to the CD3 subunit of the T cell receptor complex. It was designed for the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Excellent T Cell Recruitment
This bispecific antibody worked perfectly in our T cell redirection assays. We observed a clear bridging effect between the effector T cells and the CD19 positive B lymphoma cells, leading to measurable activation markers in our flow cytometry readout.

High Purity And Consistency
We have tried several bispecific formats, but this CrossMab design showed superior purity with very little aggregation. It was very helpful for our mechanism of action studies regarding non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, as it minimized the background noise often caused by chain mispairing.

Q&As

  1. How does the CrossMab format benefit my bispecific antibody experiments?

A: The CrossMab format we utilize generates an IgG-shaped entity that effectively minimizes chain mispairing during production. This ensures a high purity of the heterodimeric bispecific antibody, providing you with a stable and reliable reagent for your T cell recruitment and B cell targeting assays without the complications of homodimer contaminants.

  2. What are the two targets of this bispecific antibody and its intended use?

A: This bispecific antibody targets CD19 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. It is capable of binding both cell types simultaneously, recruiting cytotoxic T effector cells to the tumor site. It is designed primarily for research into immunotherapy strategies for treating non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
