Recombinant Anti-CD19 × Anti-FcαR Bispecific Antibody (F(ab')2) is a chemical conjugate composed of the Fab' of the anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody and Fab' of an antibody specific for FcαR. A stable thioether linkage is formed between the two Fab'. This BsAb can retarget of macrophages to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of B-cell lymphoma.
