Recombinant Anti-CD20 × Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L060)
Recombinant Anti-CD20 × Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD28. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of T cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of Chronic lymphocytic leukemia and Follicular lymphoma.
