Recombinant Anti-CD300 × Anti-CCR3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L016)
Recombinant Anti-CD300 × Anti-CCR3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD300 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CCR3. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can retarget of T cells to target cells. It was designed for the treatment of asthma.
