CCR3 (C-C Motif Chemokine Receptor 3) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CCR3 include Folliculotropic Mycosis Fungoides and Aids Dementia Complex. Among its related pathways are Akt Signaling and IL1 and megakaryocytes in obesity. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include G-protein coupled receptor activity and C-C chemokine receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is CCR1.
Inhibitory receptor which may contribute to the down-regulation of cytolytic activity in natural killer (NK) cells, and to the down-regulation of mast cell degranulation.
