Recombinant Anti-CD33 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L004)
Recombinant Anti-CD33 & Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CD33 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD3. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. It was designed for the treatment of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML).
