Recombinant Anti-CEA × Anti-TNFα Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-CEA monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for TNFα. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of cytokine (TNFα) to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of colon carcinoma .
