    Recombinant Anti-DR5 × Anti-FAP Bispecific Antibody (Fab2)

    Recombinant Anti-DR5 & Anti-FAP Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-DR5 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FAP. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. It was designed for the treatment of lung carcinomas, colorectal carcinomas, bladder carcinomas, ovarian carcinomas and breast carcinomas.
